Fonte Belvedere covers approximately 20 hectares, of which 12 are vineyards and 2 are olive groves.

In the centre, the Monacianello farmhouse can accommodate up to 20 people in various independent apartments, surrounded by a garden and a swimming pool.

The Monacianello Farmhouse is made up of two buildings and an old barn which house 5 apartments.

One apartment is equipped for disabled people.

The swimming pool available to guests, created from the ancient fishpond, is surrounded by large green spaces shaded by cypresses and olive trees.
